Advanced Trade Logistics Platform (ATLP) is an advanced platform for paperless trade across Abu Dhabi’s trading touchpoints. It is the official trade Single Window developed and operated in early 2021 by Maqta Gateway® LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Ports Group (ADPG), the master developer of ports and industrial zones in Abu Dhabi- UAE. In 2020, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan inaugurated the Single Window of Trade: ATLP, based on the mandate by the Executive Council to move forward with development under the supervision of the Department of Economic Development. In 2021, ATLP started collaborating with Etihad, Abu Dhabi Airports, Abu Dhabi Customs, Abu Dhabi Digital Authority and Manafth to introduce innovative air freight and land transportation services. Further integrations to facilitate trade and logistics services have been developed with over 30 UAE stakeholders.

ATLP aspires to transform Abu Dhabi (AD) into a Trade and Logistics regional hub, support the "Made in UAE” branding and improve AD’s global presence. It aims to improve overall GDP contribution, increase AD’s national and global market share in Trade and Logistics, ease doing business, and improve trade facilitation measures and procedures. ATLP focuses on being the central point of contact of AD’s logistic network.

The Beginning was in 2014 when His Highness Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed inaugurated Maqta Port Community System (PCS) project, named mPCS, making way for the optimization, unification and implementation of all Seaside processes in Khalifa Port. In 2016, the project quickly proved successful and expanded its services to all commercial AD ports. Maqta Gateway (MG) was then officially established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADPG. In 2018, MG became the first in the Middle East to achieve PCS-to-PCS integration and deploy the region's first blockchain solution (SILSAL) while also launching KIZAD Industrial Zones and COSCO terminal services to ease information flow. In 2019, MG worked toward customer convenience and facilitating business operations. MG launched sea freight declaration services with AD Customs, as well as the innovative digital marketplace for logistics (MARGO) and ZonesCorp Industrial Zones Services.
With an investment of +AED300 million (+USD80 million), ATLP facilitates the exchange of goods and ensures smooth transport and logistics operations via sea, air and land, and contributes to the sustainable development of AD with centeralization and real-time information at any time- even via mobile.
