    The theme of the 2022 edition of Emirati Women's Day highlighted the journey of women's empowerment in the UAE, which started around 50 years ago with the formation of the country on 2nd December 1971 by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Sheikh Zayed prioritised investing in human resources and promoting gender equality.

    Our objective was to complement this theme by emphasising the significance AD Ports Group places on female empowerment, with a specific focus on one of our valued team members, Reem Al Marzooqi. Reem is a graduate of our Group's 'Voyage of Discovery' programme. Our main aim was to create an authentic and compelling narrative that goes beyond the typical corporate video, establishing a genuine human-to-human connection.

    Despite the abundance of video content on social media during this event, our video was an overwhelming success that resonated with our audience and aligned with our key brand values. It successfully achieved our ultimate goal of humanising our organisation. We received a total of 479,032 video views, surpassing our overall KPI by 212.90%.
