- Adani envisions training the youth of India and making them capable enough to earn their own daily bread with self-respect and pride resulting in the establishment of Adani Skill Development Centre (ASDC). - The program also helps to teach parents, communities and employers about gender equality, equal opportunities, and economic empowerment for girls as gender equality is embedded in all the courses.

- Launch of Special Project for FISHERMEN community at Kutch district of Gujarat state, which provides assured placement in nearby industry after training to the highly backward community of the area.
