As Allianz Turkey, we were the first company in Turkey to switch to the agile working model, which whole world is talking about and wants to adapt to, with all business lines. We have created a corporate blog to share our knowledge and experience about this transformation, which we call HEY! (Hızlı=Fast, Etkili=Effective, Yetkili=Empowered), and the agilemethodology in general.

Allianz's agile transformation journey was also aimed at GenZ, which wants to work far from hierarchy and title-free. For this reason in heyallianz.com.tr, we created a content strategy in which the experience can get deeper, starting to learn from the first stages of the process and sharing with transparency.

Although it has not yet been advertised, 7,407 users visited the site since it was launched. 8.2% of these users are returning visitors. A single user visits an average of 3 pages, and one out of every 2 people visiting the site consumes 1 other content.

57% of the traffic consists of users who come directly to the site, and 10% of the visitors who discover our blog through organic searches. 23% of social media referrals come from LinkedIn, that shows we're onthe target audience's radar.
