We have always been prepared to work for a healthy individual and environment with the aim of “protecting what is important for people for the development of humanity”. Health took place first in all our services and communications.

As AXA Insurance, which pioneers the Turkish insurance sector with its innovative approach and global accumulation of knowledge, we renewed and added more improved elements to AXAFit mobile application that we make available for our customers as well as everyone wishing to lead a healthy life. With AXAFit redesigned as a "Better Living Application", users can create daily plans for leading a healthier life; set daily objectives with functionalities such as the number of steps to be taken, amount of water to be consumed, and personalized exercise programs fit for their targets; and receive reminders as frequently as they wish to achieve their objectives. Users can also access informative videos on healthy life depending on a monthly subject. In addition, AXAFit provides its users with information on how much carbon saving is achieved for each step taken within the scope of AXA Insurance's "Move for the World" project, which invites everyone to reduce carbon emissions by adopting a more active lifestyle.

We prepared a jingle and a clip for AXAFit, bringing its new face and several enhanced functionalities into the forefront. Our film on digital channels and jingle on radios met with consumers with the motto "Feeling Good is up to You with AXAFit!" (“AXAFit ile İyi Hissetmek Elinde!”).

With AXAFit, AXA Insurance holders can view their policies, automobile insurance damage status, and details on individual pension contracts; access the list of contracted organizations and send invoices through the application; access information on pharmacies on duty; call an ambulance with a single click, and contact AXA Insurance customer services quickly. Moreover, with AXA Doctor Advisory Hotline, they can contact specialist doctors in all branches 24/7 in three different ways (written, oral, visual) to receive advice and opinions.

We also prepared a jingle and a clip for AXAFit, which was prepared by highlighting the renewed face and many improved features. Our movie "Feeling Good with AXAFit is in Your Hand!" With its motto, jingle met with consumers on digital channels and on radios.

In our film, which represents people from all walks of life, we wanted to reflect the contribution of active life to the individual and his environment.

Gathering both insurance transactions and healthy life contents and features in a single application, AXAFit has many features needed in daily life. We say that we can make regular sports a part of our lives without being a professional athlete.

With the AXAFit application, we show the positive effect of personal carbon footprint, which is very important for our climate, in every step, that is, the amount of CO2 saved by walking.

After the launching campaign, 110,709,870 impressions were achieved with our jingle and movie “Feeling Good with AXAFit is in Your Hand!” in an average of 6 months. The jingle we prepared has been loved and listened many times on the radio in digital environments.

The total number of downloads of the AXAFit application has reached 403,847.

Reaching the number of active users of 43.5 K, we recorded a growth of 1 in our download number and 56% in our active user number compared to last year.

In March, 5M views, 1M video views and 10 thousand ads clicks were counted. Users clicked on our ads and were directed to the IOS and Android app download page according to the availability of their devices. In March, 4,736 app downloads on IOS devices and 15,718 apps on Android devices were downloaded.

By adding the Independent Lifeline to our application, which we constantly develop, we prepared our digital information line from AXA Sigorta to support independent living in the digitalized world with the pandemic. With the AXA Independent Lifeline, we have developed a service that we support our customers aged 65 and over or our customers of all ages who have had surgery, from grocery shopping to cleaning needs.

With this service that can be accessed through the AXAFit application, we aimed to provide AXA assurance to everyone.

We have added features to our application that allow you to report damage and create a report with the "I Have Housing Damage" button.
