BORN has become an award-winning global digital agency focused on creative, content, and commerce. From 2019 to 2021, as an agency, BORN Group received over 75+ commendations and awards. In 2019, BORN earned multiple Agency of the Year Awards from the Asia eCommerce Awards and Great Lifestyle Brand, while capturing praise and decoration from the Digies and Communications for multiple marquee client builds in Diesel, Montblanc, TataCliq, TITAN, Cadbury India, and Nestle Starbucks. In 2020, those commendations continued with multiple wins over the year winning Gold for Best Digital Consulting Agency of the Global Brand Magazine Awards, an Agency of the Year Finalist by the Drum Awards, and named Advertising + Marketing Research Agency and Brand and Design Agency of the Year. Compared to our past achievements, the 2020-2021 period was a landmark in our digital overhaul that netted multiple awards from the CSS Design Awards for Best UX Design, Best UI Design, and Best Innovation, along with commendations from the awwwards. That digital overhaul also came with transformative strategic frameworks, such as Stella, our customer experience framework, and SMOC, our headless framework. Both frameworks were essential in a number of 2020 implementations, including marquee brands such as Jack Rabbit and Gerber. Finally, we made sure to give back during a difficult year by pledging support toward change through contributions to the BORN Equality Fund to help tackle some of the systemic social justice challenges that arose in 2020.
