The book chronicles the 30-year company history of Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) as it changed an old golf course and a disused airport into dynamic and sustainable centers of growth in the Philippines’ second largest metropolis.

The book celebrates the company’s unique journey – gathering pieces of history from various archives, interviews from stakeholders, and anecdotes of how the city has evolved, yet maintained its character of being uniquely Cebuano.

Cebu Rising also tells the story of the evolution of spaces, and how these have shaped Cebu today. We at CHI are excited about expanding our vision to create new growth centers to spread development and generate growth for the larger community and economy.
