Dr. Bilal Ali is a professional with over twelve years of experience in HR functions. He has extensive experience in strategic human resources planning, performance management, staffing, labor law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching. He has worked in various sectors including manufacturing, banking, and retail. He is recognized globally and in 2019 was awarded the prestigious Top International Game Changer award by Workforce-USA. He is currently authoring a book and playing his role in making HR more of a scientific subject by incorporating analysis and metrics that would translate the HR functions into increased productivity and enhanced revenues. 

Dr. Ali holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with HR specialization from SABI University in Paris, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology in Pakistan, and a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from Bahria University, Pakistan. He is a member of all the prestigious HR organizations such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from CHRI-Canada.
