DubaiNow is an application that was created to help achieve H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom’s vision to make Dubai the happiest city on earth. One way to make the citizens and residents happy is simplifying all government services and offering them at everyone’s fingertips. And that is exactly what we did in DubaiNow. Over the past five years we have combined over 130 services from many different government entities, covering different life aspects, and put them into one app. You can apply to sponsor your family, you can pay your utilities and your fines, you can browse your children’s vaccination plan, you can even pay for your fuel and many more, all on the one app, the DubaiNow App.

The app not only puts all these services on one platform, it also simplifies the interaction with these services. The services are added on one integration layer that makes it easy to connect them together, so citizens would deal with a service and not an entity.

It also uses one unified verified login (through UAE Pass), one unified payment gateway (through DubaiPay) and allows you to personalize the app to only see the services that matter to you.
