    Since the 2020 pandemic, global value chain has faced enormous challenges, the same has happened to traditional food industry in Taiwan. However, a crisis can be an opportunity. Boba Empire instantly responded to overcome difficulties when global economy took a hit by the 2020 pandemic by digitalizing B2B products and natural Taiwan high mountain tea. The ground-breaking products we have made are:

    1. Livestream Virtual Bubble Tea Training Courses: Online virtual courses launched in May, 2020, were the livestream version one-one tutoring filmed before the pandemic in 2018.

    2. Taiwan Rice Oolong Tea: this oolong tea is a brand new innovation and a Taiwanese tea revolution in the industry. The tea launched in January, 2020.

    The COVID19 outbreak forced the global economy to grind to a halt. Clients who originally planned to open shops have to reconsider. Yet, we found a way for people to continue starting a business without being forced to give up this dream. Therefore, we launched online training courses. In the industry, this LIVESTREAM / VIRTUAL/ IN-PERSON bubbles tea training course is a key breakthrough. All of us understand that bubble milk tea needs to be actually tasted or eaten, but we still want to transform this course digitally. That is why we send ingredients to clients who have registered for online courses. The course includes everything from the development of recipes, management of shops, import of ingredients, brand plan to analysis of markets and so on.
