    In Turkey there are more than 440 shopping malls that creates high competitions.  Esas Properties as the owner of 7 malls created a super app that increased the repeating customer. We call it super because it’s not just cashback application but a loyalty program, CRM database and mall navigator that uses SAS (World's most advance artificial intelligence data process infrastructure). With customers approval app also truck details such as how much time they spend in the mall, in which areas and shopping trends that are very valuable for marketing planning. APP is active in APPLE STORE, GOOGLE PLAYSTORE, HUAWEİ APPGALERY.  Shopla has increased the loyalty program database by 80%. After the use of Shopla, a monthly average increase of 82% revenue was achieved in shopping malls. Revisits increased a person's monthly basket average by 84%. Specially ShopPara that can be used in public transportation really made difference. In practice, more than 6,000,000 TL points were distributed to users. Also for special days such as World Health Care Workers Day points are given as promotion that created new members.App has 205.000 active users in only 5 mounts and increasing.
