OnAIR was released in May 2020 and is an addition to the successful EventsAIR event management platform. The latest update of OnAIR was made April 2021.

The vision of OnAIR is to deliver an online framework where event organizers can curate content to setup virtual and hybrid events easily. The way EventsAIR has achieved this is by utilizing the powerful award-winning EventsAIR event management platform and its rich data set that it contains, including attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, and speaker data, and surfacing this data and content into an online environment that is easy to use and keeps attendees engaged.

OnAIR offers a range of modules to tailor events based on attendee requirements for both virtual and hybrid. They are:

Fully branded secure portal – Allows event planners to brand the virtual event based on clients’ requirements, event theme or brand.

Different video content options – Sessions can be viewed as a live broadcast, video on demand or synchronized to follow the agenda.

Range of Interactive tools – Access to Live Q&A, Live Polls, Discussion Forum, Handouts, Breakout Rooms, Audience Participation during sessions.

Engagement tools – Gamification, Live Social Wall and Meeting Hub – all designed to get attendees engaged.

Sponsors and exhibitor management - Branded virtual exhibitor hall allowing attendees to have one-on-one video meetings, download brochures, or watch promotional videos.

Networking – Allows up to 40 attendees to interact in a gallery-style video setting with options for timed or hosted sessions.

Live mcee – Pop-up screen of presenters to guide and inform your virtual audience on what is coming up or direct them to sponsors and exhibitors. Videos can also be played.

AIRCast – Video streaming service that offers ultra-low latency that is inbuilt to the platform

AIRCast Studio – Video production style studio for event planners to manage speakers, media and guests through a range of tools that gives the virtual session a TV production style quality.

3D Mode – Adding a new dimension to virtual events, 3D gives attendees an immersive event experience that can be fully customized and branded to suit customer needs, maintaining access to all the OnAIR 2D features.

Since OnAIR was launched in May 2020, response from new and existing customers has been incredibly positive. When OnAIR was first launched, we received a lot of user feedback on enhancements. We have since released four subsequent versions, servicing almost 1 million attendees worldwide.

As virtual events became a necessity, our goal was to educate our users on how to run virtual events by providing multiple educational boots camps to thousands of event planners globally. Events that would have been cancelled could now transition into an engaging virtual environment. This boosted market confidence, helping with business continuity in an industry that would have had to close its doors otherwise.

The uptake of OnAIR events over the last 12 months has seen double digit growth for EventsAIR, meeting pre-Covid targets. All employees have remained on staff. Additional staff was hired to grow our support and implementation teams to meet demand.
