    Chizor Malize is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FITC. She has led various strategic and transformational projects in the financial services sector, spanning strategy, product marketing, electronic banking, retail, wholesale, private banking and brand repositioning. She launched and managed several Nigerian financial institutions in 8 African countries and the United Kingdom.

    She is a recipient of Marketing and Leadership awards.  She won the award for Marketing Personality of the year 2016 and the African Leadership Excellence Award 2017. She was recently nominated by REBRAND™ USA, as a Jury Board member on the REBRAND 100® Global Awards Board, the only member from Africa, amongst the world’s top global business leaders. She sits on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business and Public service (WIMBIZ), a non-profit organization, that has impacted over 100,000 women.

    For over three years, Chizor Malize has demonstrated great inspiration leading FITC. Her drive, resilience, and agility have led to results within the shortest time.

    She is a visionary leader that continuously seeks innovation to maintain FITC’s position as the market leader in the knowledge space. She continues to think ahead of the market and develop value-adding solutions that set FITC apart from industry players.

    1. Over 100% increase in invitations to speak on technology-related topics across several industries and platforms
    2. Over 100% increase in consulting briefs to FITC
    3. The birth of FITC ThinkNovation Conference on Cybersecurity
    4. Embedding digital technology ecosystems in the process of visioning and strategy development to strengthen policies and frameworks by government agencies
    5. The assessment or overhauling of technology infrastructure, to ensure an alignment of policies with Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) goals by clients
    6. The embrace of technology as the enabler for good governance by clients

    The current market perception and positioning of FITC is significantly and directly related to Chizor’s consistent advocacy and gospel on Technology and how it can be leveraged to help organizations as well as government agencies improve their performance and increase growth. Her thought leadership activities has impacted the financial services sector in Nigeria in general, and in particular, FITC in the following ways: 

    1. Positioned FITC to be the technological advisory and consulting organization of choice with the public sector
    2. Facilitated the adoption of cutting-edge technology platforms for knowledge engagements for FITC as the market leader
    3. The execution of FITC Youth Connect Programmes; a programme targeted at youth from across Africa (consisting of the Essay, Hackathon and Future of Work programmes).
    4. The redesigning of FITC’s products and services leveraging technology to drive growth and sustainability. 
    5. The birth and growth of the FITC innovative thought leadership conferences including the ThinkNnovation Cybersecurity conference and the TechnNovation Conference for the Fintechs & Financial Sectors.
    6. Drove 47% revenue growth from N809.1B in 2020 to N1.2B in 2021 for FITC.
    7. Increased visibility for FITC in the technology space via stakeholder engagement activities by over 100% since 2020,
    8. Ensured enterprise-wide adoption of digital work tools to drive Work from Home for FITC and the organizations that she serves.
