Globe Telecom, Inc. is the leading provider of full-service telecommunications in the Philippines. It serves over 86 million subscribers across a suite of products and services, including mobile, fixed, broadband, data connectivity, internet, and managed services. In 2015, after emerging as a challenger brand, Globe solidified itself as the number one telco in the country under Ernest Cu’s leadership. It then underwent a massive transformation to move beyond its flagship telco business and become a fully-digital solutions platform. Today, Globe continues to expand its ecosystem through the following life-enabling services and subsidiaries that have empowered and spurred the digital lifestyle of Filipinos:

- Expanded Globe’s digital ecosystem making it the leading digital solutions provider;
- Created a powerful data backbone by expanding 5G coverage in the country and to Europe;
- Strengthened its commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals; and
- Supported economic recovery and financial inclusion through Philippines' largest mobile e-wallet, GCash.
Globe made sure to put customers and employees first by providing a holistic COVID-19 response:
- Launched Truth In Action, an information drive campaign to address vaccine hesitancy and support national recovery;
- Delivered critical aid to 10,000+ families affected by the super typhoon during Omicron variant’s surge; and
- Relaunched free and unlimited GoWiFi to hospitals nationwide for frontliners and patients.
To ensure we cater to the needs of our employees during the pandemic, we introduced programs and initiatives under the #AlagangGlobe campaign:

Anchored to its purpose to treat people right, even in the midst of the biggest unforeseen crises, Globe managed and adapted to the changing times by expanding its portfolio of healthtech, adtech, edutech, and e-commerce businesses to support the national recovery and economic growth of the Philippines. Globe provided innovative solutions to empower the digital lifestyle of Filipinos by pioneering the 5G network in the country, which achieved a record-high of 1.62 million users in 2021, making this a 26x increase in its monthly data traffic for its 5G network and signifying a 300% ownership growth. To further expand, it became the first Filipino telco to provide 5G roaming services in Europe. Its mobile e-wallet, GCash, fueled financial inclusion in the country catering to 48 million users and 4.5 million merchants, making it the lone Philippine tech service to attain a double unicorn status. In 2021, GCash tripled its gross transactions with a total of 3.8 trillion and achieved profitability ahead of its 3-year target. In its efforts to keep employees engaged, Globe achieved an Employee Engagement of 93% at the 2020 iSpeak Survey from Willis Towers Watson, making this the highest rating in five years.
