1. Review the list of categories in that competition, listed here.  Write down the number and name of the category for which we should send you a promotion code.  For example, 174. Best Use of Thought Leadership in Customer Service.

2. Complete the form below.  The deadline to complete the form is August 31.   Complete the form once only.  If you complete the form more than once we will disregard all but one of your form submissions.

The early-bird entry deadline for the 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service is October 13.  We will email to you the promotion code for your chosen category in mid-September.
