Inmarsat’s website needed to meet the needs of a complex target audience, from business customers in aviation and maritime, to government regulators and journalists. We wanted to reinforce Inmarsat’s position as a leading technology company, communicating their story, present a distinctive new creative identity and deliver on the commercial imperative.

We brought together the key elements for a successful website – a clear strategy for its purpose and communications objectives, a compelling digital identity with effortless user experience and curated content to meet user needs, all powered by a world-leading CMS, enabling editors to keep the site relevant and up to date.

Overall, Inmarsat’s new website is a complete transformation of the previous disparate site that has a clear user journey and delivers on our objectives both commercially and experientially. We successfully consolidated the 32 sites into one and have seen an increase in leads generated by 440% year on year. Inmarsat is being better found by new customers, with an increase in organic search traffic, now representing 52.8% of all traffic.
