Lexipol, founded in 2003, is the nation’s leading provider of policies, training and wellness resources for public safety. Born from a vision of a better, safer way to run public safety agencies, Lexipol started out providing policy manuals to law enforcement agencies. Today, Lexipol’s product offerings include a comprehensive policy management system with regular legislative updates and built-in policy training; tailored, start-to-finish accreditation support; online learning platforms with interactive, accredited training courses and recertification tracking; grant support; and a wellness app specifically designed to address the mental and physical health needs of first responders.
First responders are under intense pressure to make split-second life-and-death decisions. Lexipol’s policy, training and wellness solutions work together to support effective decision-making, ensuring public safety professionals know what to do and how to do it, and are in the top-tier physical and mental health required for responding to emergencies and traumatic situations.
Every year, Lexipol reviews thousands of legislative changes and delivers related policy updates; introduces new features to improve policy access and reporting; and develops new training and wellness content. The goal is to simplify these responsibilities, allowing leaders and personnel to focus on the core aspects of their jobs, operating safely and effectively.

Lexipol employees know what it means to serve in public safety; many of our employees are active or former first responders. For this reason, we have always sought to serve before selling. This philosophy is reflected not only in our offerings, but also in the number of public safety personnel we reach.
Our free webinars help all first responders address critical and evolving issues they face in the field, from the effects of opioids on our communities to first responder marijuana use to police/community engagement. Since 2021, we've offered more than 40 webinars reaching over 100,000 public safety professionals of all ranks.
Similarly, we launched First Responder Wellness Week to address the growing concerns around the mental and physical wellbeing of public safety professionals. The physical and mental demands of responding to emergencies and traumatic events have very real effects on first responders. This Week included free resources including a live educational event on a different topic each day, shift briefing videos, articles and more. [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]
Offerings such as these allow us to build trust with our audiences and learn more about their needs. In turn, we build products and services that address those needs. Since 2021, that has included launching a completely revamped version of our confidential wellness app and a new accreditation service to help law enforcement agencies demonstrate credibility and accountability to their community members.
