     In October 2021, almost 300 Mastercard employees returned to the company's Miami offices, as part of a global plan aimed at bringing employees back together around the world. In this context, the Internal Communications team for Mastercard LAC (Latin America and the Caribbean) shared the Return-to-Office Influencers’ Stories videos with Miami employees. Starring employee ‘influencers,’ the videos were part of an internal campaign designed to inform about the company's plans, encourage reconnection with the office, and highlight the importance of in-person collaboration. The series included four videos, each one with a different content tone. All of them were aligned with the company’s global theme "Together is Priceless. The videos had an excellent impact:

     _ They were sent in three emails and two editions of the regional newsletter, the LAC Insider. The emails with the videos had an average open rate of almost 70%.
    _ The click rate on the videos sent out via email was double the average click rate on other videos sent via email.
    _ The LAC Insider’s editions featuring the videos had a record open rate of up to 74%.The click rate on the videos in the LAC Insider exceeded the average by 200%.
