“The Visionary, The Philanthropist” ought to inspire bright young minds with Dr. Andrew L. Tan’s, Megaworld Chairman and CEO, very own story of humble beginnings, grit, and success.
Objective 1: To inspire at least 80% of the scholars with Dr. Andrew L. Tan’s vision to succeed after reading “The Visionary, The Philanthropist”.
ACHIEVED—90% of the scholar readers were inspired by Dr. Tan’s vision to succeed. 88% particularly applauded the first chapter “Humble Beginnings” as it gave them hope that they too can achieve great things regardless of their financial challenges.
Objective 2: To increase the scholars’ knowledge about Megaworld and its core values to at least 80% after the virtual book launch.
ACHIEVED—The scholars’ knowledge about Megaworld, its subsidiaries, and affiliates increased to 95.6% from 69%, and their understanding of Megaworld’s core values to 92% from 75% after the book launch.
Objective 3: To encourage at least 80% of the scholars to build a career with Megaworld, its subsidiaries, and affiliates.
ACHIEVED—92% were excited to build a career with Dr. Tan’s group of companies after reading the coffee table book. 87% also expressed heartfelt thank yous for the opportunity as scholars and soon, members of the workforce.
