Since then, MONAT has established itself as a revolutionary brand that beautifully unites the best of both nature and science, using the latest scientific technologies and clinically proven proprietary ingredients. MONAT’s mission is to help people everywhere enjoy beautiful, healthy, fulfilling lives through exceptional, naturally based products, a fun and rewarding business opportunity and a culture of family, service and gratitude. Consumers have responded to MONAT’s unique business model: [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. The company is now a top competitor in the beauty industry.     In 2020, MONAT successfully expanded into the wellness category by launching MONAT Wellness. The five-piece collection sold a record-breaking $10 million in its first 24 hours.  A sixth product, Vegan Protein, launched in September 2021, selling 8,700+ units in just four months. MONAT launched its fourth product category, MONAT BODY CARE in September 2021 and has sold 150,000+ units to-date. In April 2021 (Earth Month) MONAT launched its comprehensive program, “MONAT Sustainability - Building a Beautiful World,” with the vision of becoming a recognized leader in sustainable practices for the beauty and health industry. MONAT expanded and centralized its Miami-area headquarters in 2021, consolidating three South Florida facilities. The new 208,000-square-foot facility includes 150,000 square feet of warehouse space. In September 2021, MONAT Gratitude announced it will donate $1 million over the next year to help narrow the achievement gap in underserved communities around the world through grants to nonprofits. As of May 2222, those grants total $380,000+. Also in 2021, MONAT Gratitude announced more than $100,000 in college scholarships through its expanded partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami. Twice each year, MONAT Gratitude donates 100% of net profits from the sale of designated MONAT products. In 2021, $750,000+ was donated to nonprofits supporting veterans and first responders in the U.S., Canada, Ireland, Poland and the U.K.

MONAT invested in years of research in unique plant-based ingredients and in independent clinical studies. The result has been lightening-paced growth. Using a 21st-century take on direct selling (which MONAT calls social selling), the company’s independent Market Partners in seven countries use social media and influencer-style marketing to share MONAT products with current and potential customers. This unique direct sales/social selling model of business bypasses the retail channel of yesteryear in favor of a person-to-person focus. Shipping, product development, marketing and other functions are performed by the company, allowing Market Partners to focus on sharing MONAT with others. Gratitude is at the core of MONAT’s mission. MONAT Gratitude, the philanthropic arm of MONAT, plays a crucial part in company culture. Each year, MONAT Gratitude donates to charities that support efforts in its three impact focus areas: families, children and education. During Gratitude Week, MONAT employees perform volunteer work and Market Partners across the globe egage in 500+ giving back efforts in their communities. In 2022 MONAT was recognized as a Best Place to Work in Direct Selling by Direct Selling News – for the fourth consecutive year – based on results of an independent employee engagement survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
