Via MTR Mobile, The LOHAS customers are able to access different services, browse information in real-time, and complete transactions seamlessly. Customers can intuitively manage privilege redemptions, movie ticketing, supermarket orders, as well as to look up carpark and washroom availability anytime, anywhere.
Parking at The LOHAS is effortless. With the first instant carpark redemption service, customers are now able to redeem free-parking privileges via MTR Mobile or self-service kiosks without visiting the concierge. As of Q1/2021, over 50%+ of parking privileges were redeemed via mobile app/kiosk.
The LOHAS launched our first-ever washroom & baby care room occupancy indicator, offering directions to the nearest available facility.
Following integration of digital services on MTR mobile and bringing CX convenience to customers, “stickiness” to the mall has been enhanced, and new member growth is 73% higher than rival malls in the area (59%).
