    New Era Training is guiding new property start-ups to realize the benefits of investing in a large property portfolio and recurring income whilst providing homes for people, creating a win/win scenario. The training business started in 2017, training over 3,844 customers to date, offering a community led online academy and another bespoke training program with handheld and 1-2-1 support. With small cohort of students, there is a focus on making a real impact on the UK housing crisis, whilst supporting students to learn how to become property entrepreneurs. The business has two trademarks that makes its products unique. The last group had a very high success rate with 82% mentees finding an optimized property deal. It is typical for those students who get at one deal, to get multiple deals done. 83% of students find 2 - 10 deals in their first year. After the 1st year students stay with us typically realising 15 -20 properties. Students say 'it is life changing'. The business has see fantastic growth in revenues since startingt the business in 2017 growing from 2018 62%, 2019 56%, 2020 34% and 2021 39%.  Profits have grown by 44.4% in the last financial year.

    Since the beginning of 2020 we have achieved:

    • New offices were refurbished and created a new suite including  boardroom/training room to deliver training to our mentees.
    • We witnessed a 39.4% increase in the sales in a year (31/03/2021) challenged by the pandemic.
    • Students added 2 or more properties on completing the course, while some even added 9 or more houses to their portfolio.
    • Students added portfolios with a value range from £566k to £2.55 million.
    • The last group had a very high success rate with 82% mentees finding an optimized property deal.
    • New Era ongoing project includes building 16 supported flats for physically disabled adults, aiding their needs for a simpler better living. 
    • New Era published a new book 45 Ways to Buy Property, which has been a top 3 bestseller on Amazon for over 18 months
    • 2 New members of staff have been recruited to sell more training.
    • 2 new coaches have been recruited to deliver the coaching required to our students
    • A new trademark was granted for the business
    • 44.4% increase in profits in the year ended 31/03/2021 and 29.3% in year 31/03/2022
    • Directors became mentors for BBC Dragons Den Peter Jones Foundation
