There are currently no players in the childcare industry; all achievements thus-far are unique and significant. Since the beginning of 2020, the unique program, Nurch, has rewarded families with over $1. 16 million worth of rewards. Prior to Nurch there has been no alternate method to rewarding new and current childcare enrolments. Nurch has a unique business structure that allows them to donate to charity, enriching their corporate social responsibility whilst giving back to children in need. It is a unique that Nurch is 100% compliant with childcare subsidies and Australian consumer Laws. It is constantly updated and automated to meet government regulations, laws and changes. Nurch is ASIC compliant which is extremely difficult to achieve because we had to ensure the point calculation was easy to understand. Childcare statements can be complicated due to the complexity of the funding. Nurch is made of complex, custom algorithms designed to connect specifically with various Australian childcare software, including the calculation of individual Child-Care Subsidy Funding (CCS). Compliance with Childcare Subsidy Funding (CCS) is a critical factor because the Laws have a strict application on how you promote/incentivise childcare fees and vacancies. If we did not have specifically built algorithms for point calculations, it would void the CCS the centres receive which is around 60% of their revenue stream. Nurch is paving the way for others in the tech industry to shape ideas around the complex governing laws and regulations, while providing Australia with its first tech-based childcare enrollment retention solution.
