Oyak Renault Orchestra Program is a talent development program designed to prepare our talents for their future roles. The program was called the «Orchestra» because;
- As with the instruments in the orchestra, each employee has a different value, strength, and talent.
- The aim is to support their development and give them a vision like an orchestra conductor to manage a team.
OUR AIM:
- Supporting employees for their future roles and motivate them.
- Contributing to their personal development through information exchange.
- Getting inspiration from different people in the industry.
- Learning from each other through mentoring.
- Revealing the strengths of talents.
When it was decided to design the orchestra program;
- Project team was established.
- Since it was not just a training program, both the training institute and the talent management department were included in this team.
- Benchmarks were adjusted.
- While the first of the programs was named Orchestra 1.0, the name 2.0 was used for the second.
Orchestra 1.0 is an exclusive 18-month Blended Program. Program has 3 modules: “Lead Yourself”, “Lead People” and “Lead Business”. Think Out of the Box and the Anticipate & Share Vision competencies needed to be developed for “Lead Yourself” module. Develop & Motivate people and Build Partnerships competencies needed to be developed for ‘’Lead People’’ module. Expend Business for Profit, Master Complexity and Drive Change Performance competencies needed to be developed for “Lead Business” module.
The Orchestra 1.0 includes trainings with university partnerships, guru days, dir-talks, mentoring, Learning@Alliance (Renault Group LMS) and HBR articles. Within the scope of "Guru Days", received training from experts in their fields. As part of "Dir-talks", one-hour directorial talks were held. A different theme was determined for each director from management commity. A corporate mentoring program was organized, and productive results were obtained in the mentor-mentee matches [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION].
In the Orchestra 1.0 event satisfaction rate of 98% was achieved with 171 participants.
Orchestra 2.0 includes inspiring summit sessions with experts in the field. 3 different summits were held under the determined themes of Aspiration, Adaptation and Agility.
As a result of the summits, a total of 18 speakers, 150 participants and a 99% satisfaction rate were achieved. Talents’ feedbacks are so valuable.
