This year, we’ve added the ability to screen yourself and your profile preferences against each job you apply to. Share your availability, job type and pay rate preferences, professional and software skills, and ideal commute/work location as you apply. This job apply screening functionality has helped increase mobile app placements [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. Our updated intelligent profile gives candidates a smarter way to keep their skills and preferences current, so they can get matched with opportunities that truly fit them — not just a job title. They can take their profile one step further by adding professional references and even share their bilingual and business-level language proficiency right in the app. We’ve also added a simple way for all candidates to indicate their working location to better support our ever-growing hybrid and remote workforce.
