    Operating with the vision of leading Turkey's digital transformation and globalization with the power of software, SabancıDX is a digital and analytics solution partner that undertakes the mission of carrying institutions to the future by producing sustainable benefits with innovative digital ideas. SabancıDX, with its expert staff, meets all the needs of companies in their digital transformation journey with its consultancy and technology services as well as new generation technologies. Reflecting what has not yet been discovered and the multiplier effect of the digital with the “X” on its brand name, SabancıDX is the all-time digital journey companion of all companies aiming for the future with its value-oriented approach. In recent years, people management is undergoing a major transformation with the rapid change of technology. Covid pandemic even geared up this transformation. In the near future, the work/working environment and conditions, workforce profile and business models will transform radically. With its strategy of creating the digital journey of companies for preparing the future, SabancıDX needs to ensure that its own business, processes and people are fit-for-future and dynamically adapt to the needs of the Future of Work. SabancıDX designed “Future of Work” strategy in late 2020.

    The SabancıDX “Future of Work” strategy targets to prepare working conditions, workforce and working models for the expectations of the future. At late 2020 SabancıDX partnered with Boston Consulting Group to design new future of work strategy. Using BCG’s "Future of Work" framework on 7 dimensions to prepare companies for the new normal to be better positioned in the eyes of employeesshareholders and society. Sabancı Future of Work strategy designed across four phases: Baseline Definition: Assessing the maturity level and Need of SabancıDX on each dimensions: Before designing Future of Work strategy, SabancıDX diagnosed best&next practices and conducted maturity assessment across 34 sub-dimensions of 7 dimensions:

    -Remote Work
    -Physical and Mental Health
    -Flexible&High Performing Workplace
    -New Talent&Skill Paradigm
    -Leadership with Head, Heart and Hands
    -Purpose-Driven Organization and Culture
    -Resilient and Agile Organization

    Worldwide best& next practices and trends were examined in parallel with SabancıDX's strategy. More than 500 successful case studies of more than 200 companies all over the world have been analyzed in two dimensions, sectoral and subject-based.

    Aspiration Setting: Identifying the company aspiration and targets on each dimension
    Roadmap Development: Preparing a detailed roadmap for each dimension
    Governance Design: Designing a governance mechanism to smoothly run implementation phase:  Since business transformation will be continuous, It is also critical to establish a solid governance structure to review and revise the Future of Work plans, roadmaps and targets in certain periods with changing dynamics.

    Being aware of the critical importance of acquiring and retaining talent while preparing for the future, SabancıDX started its activities primarily with employee branding and EVP actions. The EVP “Together, With Curiosity, With Courage”, determined together with SabancıDX employees in a 6-month study was launched in November 2021. The new EVP has also started to be used in employee branding. This approach showed positive effect in a short time and number of applications recevied in the first 6 months of 2022 reached 82%  of all the applications in 2021. SabancıDX has been awarded the 2nd Most Wanted Technology Company to Work For at Youthall Youth Awards and the 3rd Prize in IT Category at TopTalent Awards in 2022.

    SabancıDX started the “Strategic Workforce Planning” project with the awareness of the importance of planning tomorrow's workforce in advance. With the project, SabancıDX employees’ technical competencies today and future competency needs are mapped and development plans were prepared for all employees. 

    SabancıDX primarily determined the current competencies of their leaders with SabancıDX Agile Leadership Survey and Korn Ferry KF4D and designed the LoF (Leaders of Future) Leadership Development Program in line with the current situation and the goals to be achieved. 

    In order to support the physical and mental health of employees, the WellBees-“DX’te İyiyiz (We Are Good at DX)” well-being platform was launched. In addition to providing employees with psychochats, development seminars, flexible fringe benefits and different working opportunities, with also social responsibility projects.

    All these projects and actions had a positive effect on the results. SabancıDX was placed 3rd in the Best Employerand IT sector Best Employer categories in 2021 in Great Place to Work (GPTW). By increasing its GPTW score from 63% to 82%, it achieved a significant increase in employee engagement despite the difficult socio-political and economic demotivation of 2021 for Turkey. Apx1) Presentation: SabancıDX Future of Work Project Details and Results
