UFODRIVE is the world's first all-digital, all-electric car rental company. Founded on the idea that a customer should be able to rent an EV in as little as 2 minutes, from their mobile, without any hidden charges or unnecessary hassle. Once a customer downloads the APP, they simply follow the instructions and they are ready to go! From a customer perspective, car rental has traditionally been associated with long queues, hidden charges, and overall - a poor customer experience. At UFODRIVE, we believe that we can use technology to provide customers with an excellent customer experience. The UFODRIVE App has been designed with charge point integration to always lead the driver to the closest charger, which is completely free. There is also a human support team available 24/7 to the customer. Sustainability is one of the foundational elements of UFODRIVE, we ensure that we do our part in developing and promoting clean energy production. Electric cars have no direct CO2 emissions and are the best way to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. On top of the carbon saving with every EV, we also donate €1 for every 100kg of carbon-free rides to sustainable energy projects around the world.

UFODRIVE delivers a car rental experience that now has the highest net promoter score in the industry, every aspect of the process has been digitalized. Taking all of the frustration away from the customer and turning it into a 2-minute arrive and drive process with no paperwork needed. From an environmental perspective, at UFODRIVE we do our part in developing and promoting clean energy production. To date, our customers have planted over 100,00 trees around the world via our tree planting organizations such as One Tree Planted. In the process, they have saved over 2,000,000 kg of CO2. UFODRIVE is customer-focused and technology is at the heart of everything we do. This allowed us to expand across a vast geographical portfolio while remaining agile, all during a worldwide pandemic. To date, we have active locations in eight countries across Europe and two additional European markets (Spain and Italy) being added as well as the US during 2022 alone. Alongside our car rental business, UFODRIVE also offers an operating system for electric fleets enabling companies to take every step of their electrical journey. In February 2022, Hertz invested $19 million in UFODRIVE and announced that UFODRIVE would be their exclusive supplier of fleet management software for their forthcoming electric fleet.

Originally developed for use on our own fleet due to a lack of suitable software on the market, the UFODRIVE system enables the onboarding and management of vehicles at every step of the electric journey. In addition to the standard features, you’d expect from any fleet management system, ours was specially developed for modern, electric fleets with charger and energy management, automated scheduling, easy vehicle assignment, rapid authentication, and phone as key access. Overall, this simple concept but one that flies in the face of traditional car rental companies.
