On the occasion of Saint Valentine's Day, on 8th February, the Emmentarler AOP video was published in Social Media (Instagram and Facebook) ofQuesos de Suiza in Spain. Also, adraw was opened to win an Emmentaler AOP ceramic trolley.
On 14 February 2021 (Sant Valentine's Day) the video was published again to congratulate this day-
Stop Motion video -Tête de Moine AOP:
It was published on 22 April 2021 on the occasion of the coming spring and the Day of the Sea. Also, there wereraffled 3 Tête de Moine AOP fishes + 3 girolles (special device to cutthis type of cheese) for 3 winners. The raffle was held on 2 May (the Day of the Sea)

The objective was to attract a younger audience. For that, we shouldmoveout of the classical territory of Switzerland Cheese to give afunniertwist to communications.
We triedtofind atrendy and visual format for Social Media to drawattention and call to action for raffles and promotions.
To achieve these objectives wechoose to createvideosin stop motion format that would enrich the contents.
