    Vinov is the first product in banking industry that provides a payment guarantee to all customers, regardless of sector or segment, through completely digital channels, within the limits of VakıfBank, even if the creditor isn’t a VakıfBank customer, and this guaranteed payment record can be transferred, discounted or rescheduled multiple times.

    It is basically built on finding solutions to three basic problems of commercial life. First one is maturity mismatch, the biggest problem of almost all companies. Second is the deterioration of the financial structure due to temporary cash shortages due to limited access to liquidity. Thirdly, it eliminates problems in the field of trust, a basic element of trade.

    Vinov is a digital payment and collection product offering VakıfBank assurance as an alternative to traditional methods such as checks, open accounts, promissory notes, DBS, BTS, Supplier Financing System, letter of guarantee.

    Vinov provides the balance between receivables and payables of the customer and the debtor and the creditor. This increases productivity of the customers. As an advanced cash management solution, Vinov manages complex needs by providing real-time viewing, listing and reporting on a single platform.

    Vinov can eliminate the legal process, logistics costs, time and energy costs and alternative costs arising from traditional trade methods. The Vinov product includes features that are not applicable in the industry, such as partial discounts and partial transfers, without time and number limits.

    Vinov includes advanced versions of the basic features of other traditional products; It offers the opportunity to transfer traditional trade and financial habit acceptance safely and quickly to the digital environment by eliminating the risks such as physical delivery condition, cash conversion handicaps, urgent cash crunch, deterioration of the intelligence of the sector representatives, being unsecured, inability to be fragmented, loss, theft and falsification.

    With the Vinov product, a new digital payment and collection ecosystem has been created, and it is aimed to create an environment of trust in the ecosystem by ensuring that all payments and collections are made under the guarantee of VakıfBank, without the need for any business relationship.

    Vinov was launched as a pilot project on October 2021. It is introduced to all customers on 25 January 2022. And in a very short period of time, it attracted intensive attention of our customers. Since the official launch, 57,7 billion TL is allocated to 2 million personal customers; 27,7 billion TL is allocated to various commercial customers (including retail, SME, commercial and corporate segments) as Vinov additional limits; and customers started to use their Vinov limits. Since the beginning, Vinov Accounts are opened for almost 160.000 customers. Total allocated active Vinov credit limit is 14,7 billion TL and Vinov collection volume reached to 1,8 billion TL in the meantime. Number of Vinov customers and credit limits significantly increase day-by-day. The Vinov product, inherently helps customer acquisition process. We gained 1217 new customers in this very short time through our customers who made their payments through Vinov. Our trade volume expectation for the end of 2022 is 100 billion TL.
