    XtremeLabs is an award-winning global education technology software company focused on experiential learning. Over 1 million learners have used our flagship product, the XtremeLabs Virtual Lab platform, in over 150+ countries. XtremeLabs and our Digital Virtual Lab platform is a recipient of 7 Stevies Awards (2 Gold, 6 Silver, 1 People's Choice), 3 Training Industry awards, and the IMS Global Platinum Learning Impact Award since 2018.  The company is capturing mind share and market share, with organizations such as US Army, US AirForce, Microsoft, and Accenture using the XtremeLabs virtual lab platform to train and upskill their teams. Despite the impact of COVID, XtremeLabs sales have grown 25% overall during the past 12 months. Some sectors, such as system integrators and government, have grown in triple digits. We achieved the most significant revenue-generating month in the company's history in November 2021. During COVID work from home and lockdowns,  XtremeLabs sales of digital labs integrated IT certification self-study guides saw a 500% increase in sales.  XtremeLabs consistently tracks the highest Net Promoter Score in the virtual IT Labs sector as measured by independent market research firm G2. In January 2022, we achieved the G2 "Customer Love Us" accolade.

    XtremeLabs' Digital Virtual Labs platform is a feature-rich, award-winning experiential learning platform. XtremeLabs has added over 100 new innovative capabilities over the last 24 months. A few are listed below:

    1. 100% virtual & online platform: XtremeLabs platform is 100% virtual and available to any user through a standard browser and internet connection. No downloads are required. Our users are up and running in seconds, and learning can begin instantaneously.
    2. Privacy and Security: XtremeLabs product complies with GDPR. We have also incorporated social logins, which allow users to use existing logins they may have with other providers.  
    3. Accessibility: Xtremelabs supports all best practices to ensure persons with disabilities can use our platform.  
    4. Localization: XtremeLabs platform offers localization in multiple languages.
    5. Content Integration: Instructors can seamlessly add multiple content items to the classroom, including videos, powerpoints, pdfs, etc.
    6. Assessments: Instructors can create assessment and knowledge checks for the hands-on exercises. XtremeLabs will check actual hands-on activities in the virtual lab environment and display the results directly to the student or the instructor.

    In addition to the tremendous pipeline of innovation we have delivered over the period, we have also focussed on giving back to our community through though leadership.  As a software technology provider, we took the initiative (and cost) to assemble thought leaders to discuss the critical topic of experiential learning and the future global workforce. The body of work in this area was lacking. Yet, from XtremeLabs vantage point, we saw practitioners, academics, and thought leaders all focussing on ideas on building a future-ready workforce. The thought leaders assembled came from 5 different continents. They were gender diverse and viewed the challenge from their unique perspective.   At the end of the conference, we transcribed the recorded sessions and were surprised that we had nearly an 80,000-word document. We hired editors who have expertly edited the transcription into 150 manuscript pages. We soon found a publisher who loved the manuscript. We will launch the book Experiential Learning: The Future of Workforce Development in conjunction with the eXL 2022: Experiential Learning for All conference on July 26, 2022. We believe all the effort we have put in to assemble a body of thought leadership is unique and compliments are focused on being an innovative company.  Continued consumption of this work is a testament to that. None of our competitors have made any such effort.

    Community Give Back:  Involvement with our community is a key mission of XtremeLabs.  Throughout the year the company and individual team members engage in various give-back activities.  Two of them are highlighted in this submission.  In one, we surveyed 20 schools in lower-income areas of Pakistan.  The surveys indicated that the schools would benefit from having sports programs for their students.  We assembled over 1000 pieces of sporting goods, all locally manufactured and purchased at local retail stores, and distributed them to the schools.  In another give-back initiative, we organized a series of webinars, meetups, and knowledge-sharing sessions for professionals aspiring to become trainers.  These sessions are guided by the XtremeLabs team,
