As the digital bank of Turkey, we designed our mobile app in line with our customer-oriented banking philosophy and differentiate ourselves with a user friendly interface. With our app, we aimed a basic view and high usability in the first place. In addition to the rich user experience, Yapi Kredi Mobile provides a high variety of banking services. As Yapi Kredi, we aim to offer the right service and technology to our customers at the right moment. In line with this philosophy, we keep offering new banking services on Yapi Kredi Mobile continuously and we keep enhancing our customers’ experience every day. With the recent facelift, we now offer a simpler and a stylish design. We added another interaction point within the new facelift: Stories. Stories inform customers about goods and services, campaigns, and even the features built in the app itself and encourage them to take action quickly by swiping the screen. Moreover, we became the first bank that added dark mode into the bank’s official mobile app, in Turkey. Also in 2021, we have fully digitalize our Digital On Boarding process for smooth experience. As the pioneer of digital banking in Turkey, we take our customers’ demands very seriously and respond to them quickly to provide the best user experience.
