YEDAŞ is an important subsidiary of Çalık Holding in the field of Energy, which has proven its success with the many awards and accolades it receives in areas it operates. YEDAŞ is a nation wide role model that touches millions of lives in the five provinces that fall within its area of responsibility, in the Central Black Sea region, by distributing electrical energy beyond the limits of conventional understanding of service, and embracing every household as "one of the YEDAŞ family".

In addition to the right price, the infrastructure that ensures the right service from the right company has been transferred to the online platform. Previously, this work for the organization was carried out from different departments and on paper. Thanks to this development, the waste of paper was saved and the processes isoptimized and become faster and safer.

Previously, these processes were carried out in different departments depending on the individual. This process, which was carried out manually in a paper environment, could not allow the assessment and selection of the correct supplier. This digitized process has enabled the collection of all data under an uniqeroof in General Directorate of YEDAŞ and in the 5 provinces it serves. In this way, it has enabled the performance to increase by running the system in a traceable and transparent manner.
