    Zimat is a strategic communication consultancy with 39 years of experience servicing the most relevant national and international companies with operations in Mexico, as well as nonprofit organizations and public institutions, with a unique client fee model that is based on value generation and not in billing hours. We are a 100% Mexican Company, directed and owned by a team of 4 women. All working mothers.  50% of our leadership team are women as well as 57% of our talent. We have created a working environment based on teamwork and personal goal achievement.  With flexible hours and flexible office-remote work, we have always benefited a work-life balance that allows our talent to thrive and grow through their different life stages.This culture helped us get through the pandemic with a stronger business.  Last year we opened offices in Monterrey, the second largest city in Mexico and added 74 new clients since March 2021. It has also enabled us to attract and retain the best talent.  We can proudly say we are the best team of communication professionals in Mexico as our firm is ranked as No. 1 in the market, competing against the major global communication and PR firms.

    1.    Building capacities for a more sustainable business culture.  We’ve strengthened our capabilities to better advice and help our clients achieve their sustainability goals and effectively communicate their accomplishments.  We believe that by building stronger ESG strategies our clients will also build a stronger reputation. This mindset sets us apart from traditional PR firms more focused on communication outputs.

    We have invested in technology to implement a CRM platform that will bring 1) Higher information safety standards; 2) A more efficient co-working virtual environment; 3) A migration to cloud services that represents a significant reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

    2.    Actively participate in significant initiatives for the national public agenda.  we also believe it is our responsibility to participate in high impact initiatives concerning social issues such as health, education or employment.  We hope to contribute to greater social wellbeing and a stronger social tissue.
