As Liv Hospitals Group, our goal was to give our patients the best experience and we knew how important it was to utilize technology in order to do so. Therefore, we updated our outdated website with a modern infrastructure.

Our research has suggested that patients’ preference of hospitals was based on doctors rather than the hospital itself. This gave us the insight to redesign the website accordingly to highlight the content about our doctors and made information about them more accessible. On the website, the patients can reach special videos and pages about our doctors, and view a number of international articles, publications, resumes, memberships and interests of the doctors they are planning to see.

The features and content of the website include online appointment, medical news, latest developments and a health blog.

Thanks to online appointment system, patients can schedule an appointment with their doctors via phone or computer without actually having to go to the hospital. They can show their test results to the doctors and get consultation.

On the website, patients can also choose their preferred LIV Hospital and obtain contact information according to their location.
