Our Maintenance & Growth Plan (M & G Plan) enables clients to look 10 years ahead while we’re tactically executing plans on their behalf. This includes managing builders for renovations and repairs, connecting clients with tax depreciation specialists and financial advisors, simplifying the process of refinancing and lowering mortgage interest rates. This is a first for landlords.
The Profitable Investor Scorecard highlights how owners can maximise rental income, increase capital gains and ensure their property is well maintained. The scorecard measures whether the owner is on the right track to increase their property’s value.
Sales records - In 2020, we busted many local sales records:
-$2,970,000 (reserve was $2.5M) (one week after auction were banned during COVID)
-apartment in West End $2,385,000 (reserve was $2.2M)
-house in Highgate Hill $2,750,000 (reserve was $2.5M); a new record for non riverfront by over $500,000
-highest price for a house in the suburb since August 22, 2015 - achieving $2,500,000 (reserve was $2.2M)
Marketing - we launched a new level of marketing exellence in the industry - from delivering the first Google Hangouts auction in Queensland in the week auctions were banned to omni-channel property sales marketing embracing storytelling instead of features and benefits.

The Maintenance and Groth Plan is a complete 360 from reactive to proactive property management. We look at all aspects of property maintenance and growth, creating a rolling 10 year plan, updated year after year. It’s our point of difference and the first of its kind; the ultimate in 360 degree real estate service. Essentially the client gets the maintenance and growth of the property project managed free of charge to get maximum ROI.
Since implementing the M & G Plan into our client process, we have saved our first five clients over $1.175M over 40 years (see support document). For new clients, whose properties we identified as eligible for depreciation schedules without one in place, we engaged our tax depreciation referral partner, saving our five clients $44,388 in the first year.
During the pandemic we switched to virtual and digital services, offering Zoom walkthroughs for interested buyers/investors and working with buyers’ agents to represent remotely located property investors.
