Celebrating Diversity: In October, ON Semiconductor hosted Responsibility and Inclusion week virtually that highlighted and celebrated the company’s accomplishments and raise awareness of several important topics. Additionally, the company added a new Affinity Network Group called The Bridge, which focuses on helping employees feel at home while transitioning into a new culture and work environment.

Employee Wellness: Throughout the past year, the company has been focused on ensuring employee wellness was a high priority. The company’s business continuity team ensured every site followed all the correct pandemic guidelines. Resources for employees around mental health awareness, change and support for working from home were increased in 2020. The Phoenix site also recently launched new expectant mother parking spaces that allows expecting mothers to park closer to the entrance.

Environmental: Through the company’s sustainable practices, 910,000 kilograms of scrap materials and 1,376 kilograms of precious metals were processed and sold. ON Semiconductor also recycled 14,958,208 kilograms of waste from our sites.
