Mr. Tran Trung Hung – CEO of Viettel Post. He is responsible for all business activities of the Corporation. In 2019, he has won the Gold trophy for CEO of the year in IBA Stevie Award, Gold Businessman by Institute of Human Resource Development, Economics, and Culture. Together with other members of the Management team, Mr. Hung has brought Viettel Post from No.4 (2018) to No.1 position in the Top 10 prestigious Transportation and Logistics Companies - According to Vietnam Report - an independent business assessment organization.

Mr. Dinh Thanh Son – Deputy General Manager. He manages the Corporation's general business operations and political work. Under his direction, Viettel Post's business continues to grow significantly with 36,17%, higher than the average of the whole industry. According to a survey of Vecom with online retail customers, Viettel Post accounted for the largest market share in Hanoi with 52% and in Ho Chi Minh city with 28%, 2 times higher than the 2nd ranked opponent.

Mr. Pham Thanh Son - Deputy General Manager. He is the Chief Representative of the Southern Office of the Corporation, managing the telecommunications business, O2O business, and digital services. In 2019, Mr.Son had completed the goal of receiving 340 stores from Viettel Telecom, bringing the total number of post offices/stores owned by Viettel Post to 2.200, an increase of 37,6% compared to 2018. New branches also were successfully opened in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing a major part to the total revenue of Viettel Post in 2020.

Mr. Pham Van Tuyen – Deputy General Manager. He directly manages the logistics operations in Corporation. Aiming to improve logistics performance, Mr. Tuyen had put into operation an automatic conveyor system with the largest capacity in Vietnam: 42.0000 parcels/hour, saving 91% of the manpower. Over 800 trucks of all kinds, along with hundreds of partner trucks, Viettel Post completely dominates the nationwide road delivery system.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long – Deputy General Manager. He directly manages information & technology activities, research & development, and intellectual property rights. Fully understanding the importance of digital transformation, 2019 -2020 is the year that Viettel Post had made the most drastic change. Mr. Long focused on creating a closed ecosystem of Viettel Post: ride-hailing app MyGo, the e-commerce platform Voso.vn, SAP - intelligent digital management software and Viettel Pay – digital payment.

With the unanimity and determination of the management team, Viettel Post in 2020 has drastically changed in the digital transformation era:

-Total revenue reached 741,191 million USD, an increase of 120% compared to 2019. ROE for the whole year will continue to be high at 35% in 2020.
-From a traditional postal company, Viettel Post had made a great breakthrough to become a No.1 technology company in the logistics sector with technological products: 87,000 full-time partners in MyGo app. 144.632 suppliers, and 255.000 products of all kinds in Voso.vn e-commerce platform. Applying automatic conveyor system to reducing manpower. ViettelPost express delivery app with new features (AI, Big data…) has reached 1 million users. SAP intelligent software consists of fully integrated modules, transforming digitally every aspect of Viettel Post’s business management.
-Not only maintain remarkable revenue growth and continued to achieve the No. 1 prestigious Logistics company according to the official announcement of Vietnam Report. Viettel Post ensured safety for every last one of employees during the Covid pandemic, guarantee to provide full livelihood and not a single employee had to be dismissed, no salary was cut. The employee's average income iss 874 USD/person/month.
