SOCAR Turkey started to integrate all its companies under one roof in 2020. 5,300 employees in more than 15 companies in 5 different cities were using different intranets. Also with the new integrated structure, the need to manage internal communication under a single roof arose. That's why we launched SOHO, the SOCAR Home project. With the introduction of COVID-19 into our lives and the importance of remote working, we succeeded to strengthen the internal communication and SOCAR’s company culture with SOHO.

Our user friendly app/web portalSOHO, which is open to communication, interaction and socialization, has got 804.000 page views in less than 5 months. We gained more than 2 minutes of interaction time per session in the mobile app. While 70% of employees who have corporate mobile phones, downloaded the application and 86.7% of them use SOHO actively.

SOHO includes features like route informations, food menu, birthdays (celebrate directly with Microsoft Teams), Social SOHO (internatl social media), CEO Blog, SOCAR Blog, contacts (able to call, e-mail and send message from Microsoft Teams directly), events, news, videos, surveys, push notifications, documents, FAQs, photo galleries and many more.
