Ayala Land, Inc.’s (ALI) vision of enhancing land and enriching lives provided the blueprint for the transformation of its corporate website, through which ALI sought to create meaningful connections with multiple audiences. Production of the redesigned Ayala Land Corporate Website began in November of 2019 and was completed in March 2020. The new website went online on March 5, 2020.

The website was redesignedto become even more interactive and dynamic, and to further strengthen brand love in support of lead generation efforts. The more user-friendly and refreshed site ultimately helped ALI enhance its sales reach and service delivery.

The website wassuccessful in addressing distinct needs of four specific audience profiles: meticulous buyers, attentive brokers, stern investors and keen inquirers.

To strengthen the company’s position as a “community builder”,we curated content with a consistent overarching message of the company as aleading developer of sustainable estates that create value.

The project also aimed to amplify ALI’s brand legacy through Search presence. These goals were achieved when the website topped the Search Engine for keywords associated to its brand promise including eco efficient developments and masterplanned community developers.

With an efficient platform to nurture user visits, ALI further enhanced online presence via Search and Display Ads. These goals were achieved with 7.8 Million Impressions and 51,342 Clicks in 2020 versus previous period's results of only 20,137 Impressions and 1,475 Clicks.

Paid Traffic increased to 54,450 annual visits during the period after the website was launched from only 36,423 before its launch.

Ayala Land’s Corporate Communications team, composed of Suzette Naval and Princess Elaine Garcia, worked with the agency Make by Ace Saatchi & Saatchi for the design of the improved website. Agile project management was employed to complete the site within the target period of five months. Agile project management is an iterative approach to delivering a project throughout its life cycle, producing higher quality more efficiently and with reduced risks.

The Search Engine Optimization agency Truelogic also worked with Make to target the right audiences and to prepare the site for website optimization and search engine marketing.
