I am a mother of 8 children, and I started working as the first citizen civil engineer in Fujairah municipality andI transfer the way of working from the manual, handwriting work to digital work though proposing a system and implementing the idea which was my first innovative idea which transfer the entity to intelligent entity not only smart where this innovative solution helped the entity to continue offer their services during the pandemic and also ensure the happiness and quality of life of both employees and customers. As the employees were offered free iPads, internet data that is linked to all the systems that the use for work sothey can work from their home. Customers offered various channels to apply for services 24/7 any location, online or by phone.

As the director of the engineering and land affairs department, I worked on developing legislation, laws and procedures for the construction sector, in addition to developing many programs and systems and re-engineering the processes that contributed to Facilitating, facilitating and ensuring business continuity, improving quality of life and customer happiness.

I won the title of innovative and distinguished employee during my work in the Fujairah Municipality and I won many local and international awards, and among my innovative projects is the my Virtual Office , the E-services program, the electronic archive for engineering drawings, and One stop shop services, which aimed to link electronic services with several external parties to ensure integration and activate partnerships that contributed In developing the work system in the Fujairah municipality. I developed the system for the rehabilitation of contractors and consultants 'offices by introducing the engineers' qualification system, and I automated and developed all electronic services with the participation of customers.

The owner of the idea of ​​registering the Fujairah Municipality as a consultant certified by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, which is a community initiative to design and supervise projects for low-income people and people of determination. I launched the My Investment Home initiative. I participated in developing Fujairah Municipality's mobile app, and the my land is my choice service, and I participated in developing new and innovative channels such as Dreesha ( drive through). I submitted more than 200 ideas and implemented which have contributed to reducing the customers ’journey to 100% in addition to time saving 80% and cost and effort 75% in completing desired service, in addition to business continuity in light of the Covid -19 pandemic.

I holds a master's in urban planning from the AUS and was selected as the Project Manager of Fujairah 2040 framework plan and I was the the first to incorporate the concept of Community participatory design during the implementation of the project in the emirate and I also linked the requirements of the SDGs in the project outputs.

Currently, I work as the head of the competitiveness and marine quality department at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and I am also the vice president of the Quality-of-Life Improvement Team and a member of the Innovation Team. The owner of many innovations and published several scientific papers and working papers and have many intellectual property certificates. In addition to my participation as a speaker in global, regional, and local conferences.

I am a PhD student at the British University in Dubai in the field of sustainability and renewable energy. She holds a government innovation expert diploma from the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Government Innovation, is an innovation evaluator and strategist certified by the Global Innovation Institute and holds a future foresight program for the UAE government from the University of Oxford - Syed.
