Templeton are a tech recruitment agency building scalable, specialist international tech teams for international businesses across multiple locations, through our own diverse and international team.
To get global reach in the tech age, companies need specialist global teams in multiple tech hubs, starting with their Headquarters in high-cost countries, followed by offshore hubs (e.g. India) and nearshore hubs (e.g. Poland). Templeton build new offices and recruit new tech teams wherever our customers expand. When serving customers in new countries, Templeton incorporate and establish local entities including Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and USA. Supporting customers across 40 countries, we legally incorporate and obtain recruitment licenses for every territory, partnering local suppliers ensuring ethical recruitment and legal compliance.
Templeton has been completely self-funded and achieved solid profits annually since inception. Our Founder & CEO Nadeem does not draw dividends; annual reinvestment in employee development and infrastructure drives Templeton’s strong balance sheet.
Our 25 years’ experience and 15-year partnerships with leading global enterprises inform our specialist technology expertise. By recruiting diverse tech specialists who lead digital transformation in global Banking, Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Energy companies, we help businesses around the world become more effective, diverse and sustainable.
Templeton retained all employees throughout Covid-19, making no redundancies, and in 2021 increased internal headcount by 25%. We helped 20% more IT professionals into jobs in 2020 than in 2019; our global candidate networks now exceed 350,000.
In 2021 Templeton are creating an offshore tech hub in Poland, recruiting 100 Polish tech specialists to help one of the world’s largest banks deliver a digital transformation programme across 10,000+ branches worldwide.
Since beginning our relationship with one of the world’s largest energy providers in 1998, we have provided tech professionals across Europe, Asia, North and South America. Templeton are helping multiple energy providers transform from fossil fuel production to renewables by recruiting the IT specialists who drive digital transformation innovation and efficiencies.
By adapting services to reach customers online and providing bespoke market intelligence services, Templeton won a variety of new customers in 2020 and 2021 including some of the world’s largest and most successful companies.
Templeton has grown from one person to 35 employees across six global offices. In 2021 we incorporated and opened new offices in Warsaw and New York. Since 2016, 80% of our revenue now derives from international clients, and our total revenue increased by 92%. Templeton’s 15+ year partnerships include multinational banks, leading tech innovators and large global consumer brands.
In 2021 Nadeem was named Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year in the Best Business Awards.
Traditionally, large enterprises would only work with large recruitment agencies on a national basis. 99% of recruitment agencies still operate in their local market.
Templeton’s agility and international knowledge empower us to create offshore/nearshore tech hubs, staffed by skilled local IT professionals. Templeton work across 40 countries, 70% of our staff originate from abroad, and we speak 25 languages. We engage tech professionals in their own languages and match them with customers building global teams.
A common practice for Big Four consultancies, the offshoring and nearshoring approach is not yet being implemented in the recruitment industry. The benefits of offshore tech hubs for global customer companies include: immediate access to wider skilled talent pools, faster recruitment process and labour savings without compromising on quality or ethics.
Many companies are transforming to fit recent D&I trends. Templeton was founded on the principle of D&I 25 years ago, operating as diverse and inclusive since 1996. Even in 2021, only 5% of UK SMEs are BAME-led and 2% of FTSE 250 CEOs are female. Templeton spend our time driving Diversity & Inclusion by recruiting diverse tech specialists and C-Suite permanent staff to address the shortage of diversity in tech. Truly diverse and inclusive, Templeton’s team are BAME-led, 65% female (with 50% female leadership), 70% international speaking 25 languages, and span four generations. Our diverse team engage skilled diverse candidates to help tech become more diverse, one leader at a time.
