We aim to provide our users with the best mobile application experience with a simple language, secure application, easy installation, and plain design.
More than 95% of the transactions made within our organization are made through non-branch channels. By identifying the transactions that most needed branch visits, we ensured that transactions with VakıfBank Mobile are carried out quickly, safely and 24/7 without distracting our customers from their comfort environments.
Distinctive transactions and innovations that we offered on VakıfBank Mobile in the relevant period; remote bank customer acquisition, limit increase using NFC and Face Recognition Technology, obtaining password, activating, changing account transaction type, Secure Vehicle Sales System (GASS), Payment by QR Code, VBanko Check Digital, SKY Limit, Digital Password, hearing impaired We can give examples such as video calls, Digital Card, gold gram and ounce trading transactions, silver trading transactions, stock public offering transactions, SKY Limit, including our customers.
We have 8 million VakıfBank Mobile customers in total. The positive feedback and appreciation of our customers are also reflected in our App Store and Play Store scores. Our App Store score is 4.8 and our Play Store score is 4.513.

As the first bank to perform identity verification with NFC in the sector, we perform the most needed transactions for the branch, such as increasing the money transfer limit, obtaining a password, activation, changing the account transaction type with NFC & Face recognition technologies, with VakıfBank Mobile. With NFC authentication and facial recognition flows, our customers performed nearly 2,000,000 transactions without going to the branch.
With GASS, we relieve our customers' concerns about vehicle purchase and sale and provide safe money transfers. With GASS, nearly 6,000 customers bought and sold their vehicles safely.
With 2D payment project, the QR code generated from the POS device is read with VakıfBank Mobile and nearly 50,000 contactless shopping transactions were made in 2021.
VBanko Check Digital is a special check where you can instantly learn the guarantee amount and duration of the check by scanning the QR code on it. Nearly 5,000 of our customers made their transactions with VBanko Check Digital via VakıfBank Mobile.
Sky Limit; it is a ceiling limit that our customers can use as "Purpose Credit", "Supplementary Account" and "Credit Card". With SKY Limit, 12,981,338,429TL loans were extended to 455.694 customers over VakıfBank Mobile between 2020-2021.
Approximately 30,000 of our customers created Digital Cards.
With our Digital Password project, nearly 5,000,000 customers have switched to single password.
