    As Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Turkey (Sodexo BRS Turkey), we are a platform that focuses on the consumer and technology, offering end-to-end digital solutions in the domain of the employee experience & benefits. The most important objectives of our services and solutions are to motivate employees and increase the productivity of employers.

    Our Goals:

    With the pandemic and the ensuing implementation of the remote working model, reinforcing the loyalty and motivation of employees became a major issue for HR teams. Our research* shows that 95% of employees believe that flexible benefits and reward applications will increase levels of loyalty and motivation and 45% would like to have the right to freely choose the benefits that companies offer.  At Sodexo, we have aimed in the light of the needs of companies and their employees to set up a new generation end-to-end digital corporate gifting & rewarding platform that centralizes the freedom to choose.

    What Differentiates Us from the Competition

    Sodexo FlexoGift is a unique product that we have developed to enable employers to provide their employees’ gift/reward/bonus budgets not according to the company’s discretion but in line with the employee’s own preferences with an end-to-end digital experience. The solution allows the employees to use the brand vouchers partially till the last penny and to exchange any unused brand vouchers with other options even in the last minute. At the same time, this solution enables all brands from different industries and with different sizes to take part on the platform regardless of their technical maturity through providing different alternative integration models. These aspects of the solution differentiate Sodexo from the competition and helps us to position as a platform and an ecosystem builder in this domain.

    Our primary goals with FlexoGift are to;

    * provide to the employees 100% freedom of choice,

    * supply to the corporations an end-to-end digital platform that eliminates the operational burden all way from employee preference surveys to voucher procurement and distribution and

    * enable the brands with a digital voucher infrastructure allowing them to take place in corporate gifting space without making any investment.

    Conclusion:

    From April 1 to December 31, 2021, Sodexo offered employees of more than 250 companies the opportunity to choose from dozens of different alternatives for bonuses, gifts, rewards and flexible fringe benefits. FlexoGift offers the opportunity to spend at more than 20,000 points of sale for the products of hundreds of distinguished brands in a wide variety of categories such as food, clothing, shoes, technology, e-commerce, fuel, travel and healthy life. It not only saved companies' time, but also increased employee loyalty, motivation and productivity, while also providing tax savings of up to 44%. The corporate gift market, dominated by plastic cards, paper checks or digital codes distributed via SMS, started to enjoy freedom of choice and ease of use thanks to FlexoGift. Thanks to the intense interest and appreciation of our customers for the product, the demand we received in the field of corporate gifts increased 2.5 times compared to the previous year. Similarly, the number of employees benefiting from the corporate gift doubled. Sodexo FlexoGift won a gold award in the Best Innovative Product category from PSM (Payments Systems Magazine), one of Turkey's leading payment magazines, for its contribution to the growth of the corporate gift market.
