    Launched in October 2019, MyID, with concept of all-in-one application, was born to fulfill all digital needs while other telcos just operate basic self-care apps. Not limited to only its users like others, Mytel allows users from any networks to enjoy all the uptrend entertainments on MyID, besides the useful selfcare features. Mytel has set the trend “Cross-platform Gamification Promotion” in telco industry, not only keeping customers excited but also nurtures their advocacy. The famous Shake the Amazing, MyGarawa or recent Lucky4 promotion has reached up to 1,3 million DAU, 5 million plays/day. Catching up to the trends of Esports, Mytel was also the only organization to bring exclusive livestream and international tournaments for gamers on MyID with strong viewership of up to 80,000 concurrent views cross-platforms. The trendiest Video, Movies, Music, Games can also be accessed via MyID App anytime and anywhere with diverse categories to suit the different interests of our customers, not mentioning the “Stranger” feature which users can make friends and listen to music together. Up to date, MyID reached 15 million users, 5 million MAU, received positive reviews and stays at top chart of Store and keep growing!

Everyone is taken care of. Not limited to only its users like other operators’ applications, MyID allows users from any telecom network to enjoy all the features, benefits, and uptrend entertainment content on MyID. MyID provides full Mytel service Selfcare features (Mobile, Fiber Internet, …), users can easily manage multi-account at one place. Furthermore, Mytel Loyalty is also a key feature that keeps customers excited when they can easily earn points by playing games, completing challenges, spending balance then exchange for benefits from over 500 partners nationwide. This digital program helps Mytel take care of 100% of its customers, which there is no traditional way can do. To transform the traditional way of bill payment in Myanmar, Mytel collaborated with the Government to introduce the first ever online bills payment management amongst all telcos. With MyHome feature and Mytel e-wallet integrated in MyID, customers can pay their tax, electricity, and water bills online in the most convenient way. By December 2021, the Network Test feature, which allows customers to check network quality directly on MyID and send feedback to Mytel immediately, has attracted nearly 800,000 test users daily. This is a breakthrough of Mytel in terms of customer care and network quality optimization. Taking advantage of the large MyID community, Network Test has helped Mytel collect "real-time" data from nearly 7,800 stations and 900,000 samples daily, thereby easily managing network quality and quickly detecting errors and abnormal issues.
