We keep improving İşCep, which is at the center of our personalized banking services, for our users. In one year,
- The understanding capacity of our AI-powered personal assistant Maxi was increased, and the “Live Support with Maxi” feature launched,
- New scenarios were added to Dataroid, the digital analysis and action platform for individuals’ real-time, personalized solution needs,
- New PFM functions offering budget tracking and personalized suggestions were added,
- The diversity of functions available in İşCep in line with customers' expectations was increased.
With these innovations,
- The number of functions in İşCep was increased to over 500,
- The number of active users of İşCep exceeded 10 million,
- The number of yearly İşCep users increased by 12%,
- Average transaction volume increased by 63 %,
- Maxi answered around 52 million questions from 6,8 million users,
- In-app messages sent over Dataroid were viewed 45 million times, around 1 million applications were made for products,
- 97k customers who were shown in-app messages raised their credit card limits, and 145k customers opened a new gold deposit account,
- Number of monthly active users using PFM functions reached 2,9 million.
