While Promena can serve companies operating anywhere in the world with its 12 language options, it stands out from its peers especially with its flexible and modular structure. Customers can purchase the selected Promena modules or they can buy the whole platform. Through the Promena's flexible and modular approach, its all customizable Promena makes a difference with its easy adaptability in parallel with customers' workflows. In 2020 and 2021, Promena increases the value it adds to the sector, its suppliers and customers with its new features: With the Supplier Marketplace Project, the suppliers registered in the system with the reference of Promena users are gathered in a single pool, providing easy access to new suppliers with references from at least one company, while providing the suppliers with the opportunity to reach new companies.

In 2021, Promena has achieved the success of being included in the Provider LensTM report of ISG, which evaluates the best companies in the world in the field of procurement and supply chain management, and became the first Turkish company to make its name in the international arena by being included in the list of world giants. In the report, Promena is shown in the “Purchasing Platforms” category as a “Product Challenger”. Promena achieved entering the report two years in a row.
