We think that the biggest investment is to work today to shape the future and to dominate tomorrow with forward-looking projects. Future Talents program is a project that serves the 18-year talent acquisition projection, supports Turkey's young talents and their families on their career paths and brings them to the sector through a successful community engagement process.
With this carefully designed project with an operating process of 18 years, we reach the young people of our country when they are only 6 years old. We open the doors of the aviation and engineering world to them and both support and direct their development. Thus, we do not leave our young talents alone on their long career path from primary school and support them with all the opportunities and engineers of Turkish Aerospace.
After years of research with experts in the field, we have found that community engagement is vital to long-term success. As a result of our research, we came to the conclusion that the most important innovative breakthrough in this area is that the community engagement starts at the level of 6-year-old children and continues until they participate in the sector.
Thus, The Future Talents program was created within the framework of 3 modules designed with a long-term application process for these reasons and purposes. The difficulties encountered in the research, development and implementation of the program have been solved by the work of expert pedagogues and experts of aviation and engineering.
- If you are providing written answers to the questions for this category, you must answer this third question: Describe the development of the campaign or program: the planning process, the goal setting, the creative and media development, the scheduling, etc. (up to 250 words):

The Future Talents program was designed in 3 modules based on age: "Hürkuş 6-10", "Hezarfen 11-14" and "Demirag 15-18". Applications within these modules are updated and implemented according to the current conjuncture.
“Hürkuş 6-10” aims to raise awareness about aviation, space and engineering in children aged 6-10.
“Hezarfen 11-14” aims to help children aged 11-14 explore engineering and the industry from a young age and develop effectively in their own fields of interest.
“Demirağ 15-18” aims to help young people aged 15-18 choose their fields of expertise by directly experiencing Turkish Aerospace and getting support from its engineers during the process of choosing their profession.
In these modules, Development Workshops where young people develop their STEM skills and introduce the fields of aviation and engineering, E-Magazines for Children and Young, that they can access entertaining and instructive content about these fields and Technical Trips, where they can get to know the products and engineers of Turkish Aerospace, are implemented. In addition, "Hürkuş and Gökbey Musicals", which appeal to younger ages, are performed in the "Hürkuş 6-10" module. Also "Engineering Talks” and “Preference Consultancy Services" are offered in the "Demirag 15-18" module.
The most important distinguishing feature of the Future Talents program is that individuals engage actively with Turkish Aerospace and the sector from the age of 6. The long-term design of the program ensures that children who are introduced to Turkish Aerospace from an early age stay with us until they actively participate in the industry.
