    Veeam’s Sales Acceleration team is responsible for sales enablement for Veeam’s sales organization, channel partners and customers. Sales Acceleration’s leaders are, without exception, high-performing professionals possessed of a wealth and breadth of expertise and great leadership qualities.

    Mike Blanchette is the Vice President of Sales Acceleration. Since 2020, Mike has worked to obtain exact alignment of enablement to Veeam’s business objectives by establishing a consultative partnership with Veeam’s executive team, instituting a systematic process to scope, design and implement enablement, and introducing a robust measurement process based on the Phillips ROI Model. Mike oversaw development and execution of a new global sales method: High Velocity Selling. This was implemented as a business process and touched every aspect of the business. Veeam delivered an [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] in revenue with inside sales focused skill development in a single quarter. The initiative supported an increase in Enterprise Sales growth [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] global revenue.

    Lauren Fleming is Director of Global Enablement Programs, owning the end-to-end management, design, and implementation of learning programs. One such program, High Velocity Onboarding, attributed to 50% reduction in time to productivity for sales representatives and maintained a 95+ NPS. Advance Pathway, a professional development program for junior sales roles aimed at increasing promotion rates, resulted in reduced attrition by more than 20% [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] within the first 12 months. 400+ participants engaged, 56% of which went on to receive promotions within the company. Lauren is a core team member of Veeam’s Women in Green (WIG) organization and a Harvard Leadership Institute Graduate.

    As Director of Design & Development, Lindsey Costello leads a team of instructional design and certification specialists. Lindsey has implemented numerous influential innovations at Veeam, most notably her consultancy workshops, which support Mike’s imperative to align enablement to organizational objectives. The workshops have elevated Veeam’s learning function to partners to the business, reduced development timelines 33%, and doubled team throughput. Lindsey is a passionate practitioner of compassionate leadership and mentoring.

    Amanda Lillington is Director of Enablement in EMEA. The programs designed, developed, and delivered by Amanda and her team are carefully tailored to the different EMEA sales roles. Amanda has recently been asked by the General Manager and Senior Vice President of EMEA & Worldwide Channels to join his senior leadership team, a reflection of her value to the business.

    Nicole Johnson is Director of Enablement in AMER. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Nicole converted Veeam’s onboarding program. With just two days’ notice, she was able to transform the program from completely in-office training to 100% virtual delivery. Metrics collected show that learners were positively impacted and the NPS of the program remained over 80. Nicole is an ambassador WIG and mentor for Veeam’s MentorLab. She currently mentors six people.

    As Director of Enablement in APJ, Steven Doyle serves as the strategic business partner for APJ sales leadership. Steven brings creativity and fresh ideas to the table and is not afraid to challenge the status quo when putting programs in place to deliver enablement to a wide variety of roles in APJ.

    Simon Yarwood, Senior Manager of Veeam Certification Services, is responsible for Veeam's certification services for channel partners and customers. Under Simon’s leadership, 2022 saw an increase [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] for student numbers and certifications [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. Data gathered in 2021 shows partners who exceeded compliance requirements saw considerable business gains. Simon is also a MentorLab mentor.
