    The EventsAIR event management platform features the latest addition, the EventsAIR Hybrid Event Solution Suite, which integrates virtual event technology – OnAIR – launched in May 2020 – with the latest in-person technology. It was launched in November 2021. The EventsAIR Hybrid Event Solution Suite provides planners with the ability to run engaging and interactive meetings and events with both in-person and virtual attendees from the one platform seamlessly and affordably. It also gives planners the ability to quickly pivot from in-person to virtual if unforeseen circumstances (snap lockdowns, travel restrictions or weather disruptions) arise. The development and launch of the EventsAIR Hybrid Event Solution Suite in November 2021 “closes the loop” on the ability for planners seeking an in-person/virtual platform solution for meetings management and delivery.

    When the meetings and events industry ground to a halt in March 2020 it was EventsAIR customers and their businesses that were suffering, prompting EventsAIR to develop a solution to run and manage events virtually.

    Since the launch of OnAIR in May 2020, EventsAIR has been used in the delivery of over 350,000 events worldwide, attended by over 3 million virtual attendees and over 50 million streaming hours of content.
