In 2020-2021, Zer redesigned Promena with new features :
With the Supplier Marketplace Project, the suppliers with the reference of Promena users are gathered in a single pool, providing easy access to new suppliers with references from at least one company, while providing the suppliers with the opportunity to reach new companies.
An online demo and sales opportunity have been provided for the Fast RFQ module, one of the most requested solutions of Promena, thus allowing more companies to experience Promena with one click. A first in the sector, Promena can be purchased via web without even contacting the Promena team.
With the ChatBot application, the 1st Level support requests were answered quickly and accurately by robots, thus reducing the solution time.
In 2021, Promena has achieved the success of being included in the Provider LensTM report of ISG, which evaluates the best companies in the world in the field of procurement and supply chain management, and became the first Turkish company to make its name in the international arena.
